BOOKING DEPOSIT

Booking fee/non-refundable deposit: $50 deposit is required to book a session. No date is reserved until deposit is received. The deposit is non-refundable if the Client cancels or postpones the photoshoot.

PAYMENT

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, Zelle, credit card ( link provided ) The balance of the complete package price must be paid before or on the day of the photography session.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING

One rescheduled session is accepted at no cost if the request is made at least 24 hours before the session time.

PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE

Photography is an art and the photographer has her own unique photographic style.

Photographer has the final say in the finished product that is delivered to you to complete your contract with her.

No refunds will be granted for work completed, and reshoots are not possible.

IMAGE DELIVERY

Please note that none of our packages include prints. No physical prints will be given.

Every image is individually custom color corrected. This includes crop, adjustment of temperature, exposure, contrast, sharpness, specific color adjustments. Skin smoothing

Digital color corrected gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks. All photos are available for downloading.

No refunds are possible once a digital package has been sent.

Please, download your photos as soon as you receive them.The gallery will expire after one month from the date it was sent to the Client.

RAW IMAGES

Clients agree that the Photographer does not provide the Client with RAW(unedited) images. Unedited RAW files are not available for viewing or purchase.

ARTISTICALLY RETOUCHING OF DELIVERED IMAGES

Images can be requested for retouching. This includes advanced work on skin ( wrinkles, dark circles, blemishes and other skin imperfections removing) face and body contouring, hair issues and dress adjustments, uneven skin tone correction, body shaping, eyes brighten and etc.. and etc…)

Once you select your favorite images for retouch, please allow me up to two weeks to receive your final edits.

COPYRIGHT/MODEL RELEASE

All photos are copyrighted. The Photographer retains the copyright and all other intellectual property rights to the photographs and reserves the right to use the images for advertising, display, publication, social media and/or any other purposes. The Client may print, display and share the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Client must obtain written permission from the Photographer prior to the Client or their friends and family publishing or selling the photographs for profit.
